Our annual Task Force Smith Golf Tournament is coming your way on Friday, 19 April 2019! This year we welcome the Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce (SWVCC) as co-sponsor for this event! The Four-person Shotgun Scramble will be held at Luke Air Force Base Falcon Dunes Golf Course located at 15100 Northern Ave, Waddell, AZ 85355.
Sign-in/Registration will begin at 6:30 AM, with the Shotgun Scramble tee-off at 8:00 AM. Players will be limited to 90 and reservations will be accepted in the order in which they are received. There will be lots of great prizes to win, special raffle drawings, and “Magic Balls” will be on sale. For more information on this exciting event please download the flyer at the following LINK.

If you register for a Group, please contact Ray Boucher at (602) 993-6867 or email him at 8rboucher@gmail.com to let him know the names of the members in your Group. Also, you may include their names in the e-registration COMMENT BOX below. If you are sponsoring a sign, please let Ray know the Company Name or Sponsor and send him a logo, insignia, or photo in either PDF or JPEG format to include on your sign. If you would like to make a donation you may do so below, as well.
Awards/Raffle prizes will be presented/drawn at Lunch, which will be provided for all golfers directly following the completed round. Non-golfers are welcome to attend the lunch; there will be a $10 fee to eat lunch. Please let us know if you have any food allergies and/or need a special diet; note any VEGETARIAN needs during your e-registration.
Photos of this event will be taken by cadets representing the Sun Devil Army-ROTC BN. Prior to getting out on the course, please tell us if you have any special photos that you would like taken and provide us with an email on where we can send copies of the photos.
