The 31st JROTC Armed Forces Career Officers Day EXPO and Luncheon will take place on Tuesday, 26 November 2019 at 11:30 am. This event will be held at McCormick Ranch Golf Club Pavilion located at 7505 E. McCormick Parkway, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Other details can be found on the FLYER.
As in the past, we expect about 200 Junior ROTC Cadets from at least 40 schools, from all over the state, representing the four branches of the military, plus sponsors, and other attendees to be present. The cadets will be there to explore the challenges and benefits of service as commissioned officers. Cadets will arrive at 10:30 am to visit displays.
Two speakers to help motivate the Cadets will be selected from two different service branches and be our guests at the event. Schools/institutions expected to attend this year include: University of Arizona Army, Naval and Air Force ROTC; Embry Riddle Air Force and Army ROTC; Northern Arizona University Army and Air Force ROTC; Arizona State University/Grand Canyon University Army ROTC; Arizona State University Air Force and Naval ROTC; The U.S. Air Force Academy; The U.S. Naval Academy; The U.S. Military Academy (West Point); The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy; The Coast Guard Academy; Norwich University; New Mexico Military Institute; The Phoenix Army Recruiting Battalion; The Arizona Army and Air National Guard; The U.S. Marine Corps; Upper Iowa University; and the Arizona Youth Leadership Conference … just to name a few.
Lunch will consist of a typical Thanksgiving feast, with the cadets attending as our guests.
Individual tickets for the EXPO/Luncheon are $35 per person.
Sponsoring individual cadets and/or tables of cadets is greatly appreciated and highly encouraged! The costs are as follows:
Sponsoring a full table (8 seats) costs $210 – 2 seats are reserved for the sponsors use
Sponsoring a half-table costs $105 – 1 seat is reserved for the sponsors use
Sponsoring and individual cadet costs $35
