Learn about the history our U.S. Army & Flag Day!!!

This year the AZ Territorial Chapter AUSA will bring our celebration of the 243rd Birthday of the U.S. Army and Flag Day out to community and we hope that you will all come and join us!!!
Our celebration will be held at the SGT William C. Barnes Hall USARC, located at 6201 E Oak ST, Phoenix, AZ 85008-3494 and is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. with a light breakfast and social time.
Our guest speaker will be LTC Daniel M. Roberts. LTC Roberts, who is the Senior Army Advisor to the AZARNG/First Army Liaison Officer, will provide a narrative on the history of the U.S. Army/Flag Day and a short professional development brief relating to the various Army COMPOs. Birthday cake cutting will follow the presentation.
In alliance with the national Vietnam Commemorative Partner Program, we will also have a table set up at this event to recognize those Soldiers who served In/Out of Country during the Vietnam conflict.

NOTE: Access to the Main Parking area for Barnes Hall (solar covered) is off of Oak St at the East Gate (closest to N 64th St); post & facility access assistance will be available at the East Gate on the date of the Celebration.
