Attention Veterans! The White Mountain StandDown will be held on:
Saturday, 11 Aug 2018 from 10 am to 3 pm at the Show Low Army National Guard Readiness Center located at 3600 E. Deuce of Clubs, Show Low, AZ.
This event is open to all veterans in the White Mountains area who are in need of the following resources:
Free Hot Meal, Health Services, Job Services, Veterans Benefits, Social Security, Vocational Rehabilitation, Pet Supplies, Clothing, Hygiene Kits, Hair Cuts, and other services … especially those that support homeless and financially challenged area veterans and their families. **Proof of military service will be required!**
This event is co-sponsored by the AZ Veterans StandDown Alliance (AVSA), AZ Department of Economic Security, AZ@Work-Innovative Workforce Solutions, the Social Security Administration, the AZ Department of Veterans Services (ADVS), U>S> Department of Veterans Services, and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), to name a few.
