In partnership with the U.S. Army Phoenix Recruit Battalion, our Chapter of AUSA will be celebrating the 244th Army Birthday and Flag Day on Friday, 14 June 2019 at noon, in the 2nd floor rotunda at the AZ State Capitol. The schedule of events will include a reading of the Governor’s proclamation by Kimberly Yee, the State Treasurer of AZ; remarks by Mario Diaz, Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (CASA) for Arizona (North); and key note address by BG Joseph F. Dziezynski, Deputy Commanding General, INSCOM. A Ceremonial Cake Cutting and light refreshments will be provided directly following the event.
