On Sunday, June 11th, 2017, our Chapter will celebrate the 242nd Birthday of the U.S. Army and Flag Day with a luncheon (please see the attached Flyer).
Our keynote speaker will be Colonel (Retired) James Barker, USA, the Senior Manager of Global Sales and Marketing for the AH-61 light attack/armed reconnaissance helicopter and the AH-64 Apache helicopter for the Boeing Company. COL Barker is a Silver Star Medal recipient with multiple overseas postings, in addition to combat tours in support Operation Enduring Freedom and “the surge” in Kirkuk, Iraq. COL Barker’s presentation will showcase U.S. Army Rotary Wing Aviation.
