The Arizona Territorial Chapter, Association of the United States Army (AUSA), is pleased to announce our Annual 2017 “Task Force Smith” ROTC Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, 14 April 2017, at the Luke Air Force Base Falcon Dunes Golf Course, Waddell, AZ. Players will be limited to 90, and reservations will be accepted in the order in which they are received.

*Note: Please sign up no later than 7 April 2017 so that we might have a good head count and make team arrangements (unless specified otherwise). Our on-line PAYPAL registration for the Tournament will not close until the morning of the 14th.
Also, be aware that we are requesting that you add a one-time $5 processing fee to your reservation total if you use our PAYPAL account. The addition of this fee is via the honor system and you must select that as an added option when you register.
THE PURPOSE
•Honor General Charles “Brad” Smith, a distinguished military officer of Korean War fame
•Raise funds to support soldiers, their families, vets and ROTC
•Sponsor an event that enhances the image of the US Army and AUSA
•Provide AUSA members and guests a day of fun and camaraderie, plus great golf!
THE PLAN
DATE: Friday, 14 April 2017
TIME: Sign-in/Registration starts at 6:30 AM. Shotgun Scramble tee-off at 8:00 AM.
WHERE: Falcon Dunes Golf Club, Luke Air Force Base, 15100 W. Northern Ave., Waddell, AZ 85355
SCORING: Four-Person Scramble
PRIZES: $10,000 for hole in one on #2! Prizes awarded for designated Winning Foursomes, plus prizes for both Men and Women Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Closest to the Center-line on designated holes.
PLAYER LIMIT: 90
Note 1: If you don’t have the names of all your players, pay in advance anyway and save your slot!
ENTRY FEE: $80/person; includes round of golf, cart, range balls and lunch; $400 for a foursome. Currently serving Active Duty, National Guard and Reserve: Officers – $60 and Enlisted – $50. JROTC/ROTC Cadets – $50.
Note 2: With the exception of expenses, all funds raised from this event go to support military charities/events!
SPONSORS: $125 per tee box or green. Includes appropriate signage designating name of sponsor or company name, and recognition in tournament program. Provide logo or sign detail to Ray Boucher at his email 8rboucher@gmail.com.
DONORS: Contribute a prize and appropriate recognition will be given in the tournament program and raffle drawing
