The annual Task Force Smith Golf Tournament is coming your way on Friday, 30 March 2018! The Four-person Shotgun Scramble will be held at Luke Air Force Base Falcon Dunes Golf Course. Players will be limited to 90 and reservations will be accepted in the order in which they are received. There will be lots of great prizes to win, special raffle drawings, and “Magic Balls” will be on sale.
We invite and encourage all of our members, friends and corporate sponsors to participate as this is our primary fundraiser during the year, and all of the proceeds go toward contributions to our local Active, Reserve and National Guard soldiers and their families; in addition to, the JROTC/ROTC cadets at the numerous high schools and four major universities that reside within our Chapter’s operating area.
You may register for this event either by completing a form included on our event flyer and returning it to our Chapter Treasurer, LtCol (Ret) Ray Boucher, no later than 14 March 2018; or sign using our event reservation/booking tool. Do this ASAP to reserve a spot!

TIME: Sign-in/Registration starts at 6:30 AM. Shotgun Scramble tee-off at 8:00 AM.

SCORING: Four-Person Scramble
PRIZES: $10,000 for hole in one on #2! Prize awards for designated winning foursomes, plus prizes for both men and women for closest to the pin, longest drive and closest to the centerline on designated holes
PLAYER LIMIT: 90 Note 1: if you don’t have the names of all your players, pay in advance anyway & save your slot!
ENTRY FEE: $80/person; includes round of golf, cart, range balls and lunch. $300 for foursome. Active duty, National Guard and Reserve: Officers- $60 Enlisted $50. Note 2: with the exception of expenses, all funds raised from this event go to support military charities/events.
SPONSORS: $125 per tee box or green, Include’s appropriate signage designating name of sponsor or company name, and recognition in tournament program; $400 for foursome plus Hole Sponsorship
DONORS: Contribute a prize and appropriate recognition will be given in the tournament program and raffle drawing
