A GREAT initiative that helps bring quality soldiers into the Army is the PaYS program! The Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program is a strategic partnership between the US Army and a cross section of corporations, companies, and public sector agencies. The Program provides America’s youth with an opportunity to serve their country while they prepare for their future. PaYS Partners guarantee Soldiers an interview and possible employment after the Army. Started in 2000 as an enlistment incentive for Regular Army enlisted Soldiers, this program has been expanded to include ARNG, USAR, and ROTC Cadets who incur an active duty commitment. It allows the soldier to develop skills in the military that would be useful to the company, and keeps the company in touch with what the military has to offer. This is a good deal all around! We encourage our Industry and National Partners and other companies to invest in this program. Click HERE to learn more about this program.
